Load-bearing floor covering has a compressed mortar bed, covered with a cement contact layer and ceramic cladding tiles/plates locked in place by anchor bars

The floor covering structure, to take heavy loads, has a layer (3) as a mortar bed which has been given a high isostatic compression by suitable tools, to give a constant density and strength over its whole longitudinal and vertical construction. A cement contact layer (2) is applied over it, with a high pressure strength. A third, and upper layer is composed of ceramic tiles or plates (1), with anchor bars (5) at the under side (4). The anchor bars lock into the contact layer, in a positive fit, and with the bottom layer if required.
