<p>Solar cell comprises at least two photovoltaically active surfaces, one of which faces the light incidence side. Both surfaces are directed towards the light incidence side and are arranged on the base surfaces having an electrically conducting surface. The metallic regions of the base surfaces are electrically connected together and the electrodes are connected to the p-doped photovoltaic surface on one side and to the n-doped photovoltaic surface on the other side. Preferred Features: The base surfaces are made from an intrinsic semiconductor material of the material which forms the photovoltaically active surfaces. When silicon is used as the photovoltaic material, the base surfaces are coated in organic p- and/or n-doped silicon containing an electrically conducting binder and/or granular or amorphous silicon.</p> |
