The basic cube can be divided into twenty seven identical small cubes. Various basically cub-shaped shapes are created by removing different numbers of small cubes from the original figure. Several complimentary pairs of those shapes can be sold as a kit. The child or adult player has to find the matching pairs and to combine them in order to create cubes of the original size.
