METHOD FOR FORMING SELF-ALIGNING PATTERNS USING DIFFERENCE OF MELTING POINT

PURPOSE: A method for forming self-aligning patterns using difference of melting point is provided to form self-aligning aesthetic patterns on the surface of accessories within a short period of time by overcoming problems of cost, time and labor. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming self-aligning patterns using difference of melting point comprises the steps of positioning metal having a high melting point in the combination of metals or nonmetals having each different melting points into a casting mold, and then injecting metal having a low melting point into the casting mold so that an ingot is manufactured; and cutting and grinding the ingot so that patterns of the cut surface of the metal having a high melting point are self-aligned in matrix of the metal having a low melting point, wherein the metal having a low melting point out of the metals having each different melting points is a metal that can be cast, and the self-aligning patterns comprise selective oxidization and selective additional painting as post-processes.
