<p>A handheld device (1) for dispensing a substance, for example a foodstuff. The device (1) comprises a reservoir (2) for the substance and a housing (3) which can be gripped in one hand, with a top side and an underside. The reservoir is provided at the top of the housing and is supported on the housing. The device further comprises a manually actuable pump (8) which is accommodated in the housing and can be actuated by one or more fingers of the hand which is gripping the housing. The device is provided with a base (10) which is provided at the bottom of the housing. One or more downwardly directed dispensing nozzles (15) are provided in the base. The pump is designed to pump the substance out of the reservoir to the one or more dispensing nozzles, so that substance is dispensed from the device in a dispensing pattern.</p> |
