A seat part structure of a chair capable of preventing a hip from getting a pain even if the chair is used for long period by taking into account the specificity of an ischial bone portion, wherein recessed parts (3) and (3) are formed in the bearing surface (11) of the seating part (1) of the chair at positions allowing both the right and left side projected parts of the ischial bones to abut thereon so that a contact pressure of the right and left side projected parts of the ischial bones with the bearing surface (11) becomes less than that with the other portions, and removable cushions (8) and (8) for depressurization are fitted into the recessed parts (3) and (3), the cushions (8) and (8) for depressurization prepared in different thicknesses and hardnesses being used to match a pressure at the right and left side projected parts of the ischial bones to an individual taste and replaced according to the taste, whereby the smooth decompressing effect at the projected parts of the ischial bones can be provided and use feeling can be improved.
