摘要 <p>It is intended to provide a process for producing highly pure riboflavin 5’-phosphate (5’-FMN) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt. Namely, a process for purifying riboflavin-5’-phosphate (5’-FMN) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt characterized by comprising: 1) dissolving crude 5’-FMN or its pharmacologically acceptable salt in water or a buffer solution to give an aqueous solution of 5’-FMN or its pharmacologically acceptable salt having a concentration of 1 to 15% by weight at pH 4-8; 2) under mechanically stirring the obtained aqueous solution, adding thereto at a temperature of 0 to 60°C a water-soluble organic solvent in an amount of 1 to 100% by weight based on the aqueous solution obtained above to thereby recrystallize 5’-FMN or its pharmacologically acceptable salt; 3) dissolving the thus recrystallized 5’-FMN or its pharmacologically acceptable salt in water or a buffer solution to give an aqueous solution; and 4) treating the solution by using reversed phase column chromatography or activated carbon to give an eluate containing the thus purified 5’-FMN or its pharmacologically acceptable salt.</p>
