The number of clicks for banner advertisements can be increased naturally.A server for transferring a banner advertisement to a plurality of clients connected by a network.The server includes means for analyzing a click signal of the banner advertisement,means for counting the signals for each of the members of the server,and means for deciding a transfer amount of the banner advertisement related to the member according to the total count.The click signal analysis means analyzes the banner advertisement clicked,the member who has clicked,and the click time.
