INTERFACE DESIGN IN INTERACTIVE ADVERTISEMENT OF DIGITAL BROADCAST AND VIEWER INTERACTIVE METHOD

PURPOSE: An interface design in interactive advertisement of digital broadcast and a viewer interactive method are provided to propose an advertising technique through games using data channels in a digital broadcasting system. CONSTITUTION: When interactive commercial contents arrive together with a broadcasting signal at a viewer, it is informed that the corresponding broadcast includes the interactive commercial through an icon. The viewer watches only the broadcast or both of the broadcast and the interactive commercial. A hardware interface required for the operation uses a remote control and operation of the corresponding contents also employs the remote control. The interface between a screen and the remote control is constructed in such a manner that an interface having the form of remote control is output to a specific region of contents being executed and keys used for a game is represented in animation.
