The edging consists of individual elements (1), which have a top part and a bottom part and can be replaced. The bottom part is fastened on a tape (2), and an additional tape (3) is mounted on the carpet edge using existing technology. The edging elements are mounted through connecting the tapes (2,3) via e.g. a Velcro fastening.
