PURPOSE: Provided is an inorganic earth stabilizer which has no environmental pollution and has high compression strength, and controls solidification and hardening of cement. CONSTITUTION: The inorganic earth stabilizer added in consolidation and hardening of cement comprises 20-50wt.%(based on the cement) of natural and durable stabilizer specially earth stabilizer(NDS ES) solution, natural and durable stabilizer ultra fine(NDS UF), and power admixture based on melamine or naphthalene. The NDS ES solution contains NDS ES powder(4000-8000cm2/g surface area) comprising 1.5-3.0wt.% of SiO2, 15-35wt.% of Al2O3, 0.2-1.2wt.% of Fe2O3, 32- 63.3wt.% of CaO, 20.0-38.1wt.% of SO3. The special cement powder(NDS UF), being 6500-9000cm2/g in surface area, comprises conventional cement and slag powder.
