PURPOSE: A heater core assembling system of air conditioner is provided to improve assembling characteristics and productivity by serially assembling each components of the heater core and checking the assembling state of the heater core assembled. CONSTITUTION: In assembling a heater core of an air conditioner equipped with the heater core to heat the room of vehicles, the heater core assembling system of the air conditioner is characterized in that the headers supplied from a header supply means(1) for supplying prefabricated headers are transferred to a tube assembling means(3) through a transfer means(2) so that the tubes are assembled with tubes, a plurality of panels on which various insertion grooves are formed are equipped at the tube assembling means(3) to form a heater core unit, the panels are transferred by a conveyor, a forming and supplying means(6) is installed at one side of the tube assembling means(3) to form and supply radiating fins, a radiating fin supply means(7) is installed at one side of the forming and supplying means(6) to install the formed and supplied radiating fins on the panels as one unit, the radiating fins supplied to the radiating fin supply means(7) are assembled at assembling positions of the tube assembling means(3), the assembled core unit is discharged through a discharge part(8), and defective products are discharged to a defective product discharge part(9).
