PURPOSE: A pipe cutting apparatus is provided to improve weldability and reduce working time by obtaining superior cutting quality of straight cutting as well as inclined cutting during cutting operation of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: The pipe cutting apparatus comprises a body part(10) comprising a rotational cover(15) which is rotationally installed at a chuck(11); an angle control part(30) comprising a guide plate(31) which is coupled to the other end of fixing bars(12a,12b) by a hinge, and in front of which a plurality of guide grooves corresponding to a cutting angle are formed, one end of the fixing bars is fixed onto the vertical outer surface of the chuck, a driven gear(33) that is in gear with a driving gear(43) which is rotationally installed at the outer diameter of the guide plate and rotated by a motor(41) fixed to the guide plate, and a rotational gear box which is installed in the front of the driven gear; and a torch part(50) comprising a shaft(51) which is rotationally and perpendicularly connected to the rotational gear box, a guide support(56) which is movably inserted into the shaft, and at the end of which a guide roll rested on any one groove out of the guide grooves is installed, a support roll(60) which is connected to the guide support(56) so that the support roll(60) is rolled along the outer circumferential surface of a pipe (P) to be cut, and a torch (TH) which is connected onto the shaft to cut the pipe.
