A publicity or advertising carrier has a rectangular sub-frame made of metal or similar material. Rigid screw connections and stabilization aids mount a presentation surface on the sub-frame. On the upper horizontal limit of the presentation surface is a screw-mounted roof structure. By applying a retaining carrier or tensioning grip or by applying a commercial wheel coupling or via a hinge on a suitable vehicle on the sub-frame or the presentation surface of the advertising carrier, a movable and illuminated advertising suspension is provided. For transportation, the advertising carrier can be broken down into three separate parts i.e. sub-frame with wheels, presentation carrier, roof with lighting.
