The invention relates to a device for minimizing the rolling motion of rigid-axle and independent suspensions (11). Said device comprises a torsion-resistant longitudinal member (23) oriented approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and pivotably mounted on the vehicle body (6). Two cantilever arms (21, 22), approximately horizontal in the vehicle neutral position, parallel and resistant to bending, are arranged at the two ends of said longitudinal member. At least one spring/damper unit (40), oriented at least approximately vertically, is articulated to each free end (24, 25) of the cantilever arms. The spring/damper units are cylinder/piston units filled with a hydraulic fluid, the pistons (53) being pre-tensioned between at least two spring elements (60) and tightly centered in said cylinder/piston units.
