PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing fine powder of soybean in high purity by drying soybean powder with far-infrared ray and adding functional components thereto. Therefore, the fine powder of soybean is eliminated in a beany smell, has excellent digestibility and minimizes destruction of bioactive substances. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing fine powder of soybean comprises: a storing device(A) containing a storage tank(2); a foreign matter separating device(B) for separating foreign matters from raw soybeans; a first drying device(C) for drying the raw soybeans having a moisture content of 15- 18% to 8-10%; a peeling device for peeling the dried soybeans after cooling to 15 to 20deg.C; a second drying device for drying the dried soybeans having a moisture content of 8-10% to 8 to 9% by emitting far-infrared rays; a first grinding device for cooling to 5 to 10deg.C and grinding into a size of 60 to 90meshes; a third drying device for drying the dried soybeans having a moisture content of 8-9% to 2% or less by emitting far-infrared rays; a second grinding device for mixing with functional components such as chitosan, green tea powder and then grinding into a size of 300 to 900 meshes; a particle size separator; and an automatic spraying device for spraying at 120deg.C.
