It is intended to provide a novel ABC transporter which participates in the immune system by clarifying the full amino acid sequence of an autoantigen SS−N of Sjoegren disease and the base sequence of its cDNA. Thus, polypeptides respectively having the amino acid sequences represented by SEQ ID NOS:3 and 6 are provided.
