PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring the fail of operation status of a rolling machine and manufactured products and a method for the same are provided to alarm when a load to be measured is larger than a predetermined variable reference value in response to an operation status. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for monitoring the fail of operation status of a rolling machine and manufactured products includes an acoustic emission sensor(AE)(160) installed on a die holder of the rolling machine, a pressure sensing block(110) for outputting a force to apply to the die of the rolling machine as a pressure level signal, an operation status sensing block(120) for outputting the operation status of the rolling machine as a signal, a position measuring block(130) for outputting the position signal for each fabricated steps of the manufacturing products manufactured at the rolling machine and a controller(140) for setting the operation status signal of the operation status sensing block(120) and the pressure level signal or the setting reference value in response to the position signal of the manufactured products and for generating the alarm signal by comparing the setting reference value with the pressure level signal of the pressure sensing block(110) by the real monitoring or the position signal of the manufacturing products when the real signal is different from the setting reference value.
