<p>This invention provides methods for the detection, diagnosing, monitoring or predicting of non-neoplastic diseases, pathologic conditions, and injury. The methods of the invention detect extracellular non-neoplastic mammalian RNA in the blood, blood plasma, serum, or other bodily fluid of an animal, most preferably a human, having or predisposed to having a non-neoplastic disease, pathologic condition, or injury.</p> |
