摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a multi-functional sauce for pizza and chicken using herbal medicines and fruits. The prepared sauce has prevention effects on cancer and bronchitis, improves one's memory and has tonic activity. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a multi-functional sauce for pizza and chicken comprises the steps of: roasting 60g of onion, 30g of chopped garlics and 10g of chopped ginger with 500 of vegetable oil; roasting 20g of red hot chili pepper powder with 400cc of tomato ketchup; mixing 10g of red hot chili pepper paste, 10g of fermented soybean paste, 150cc of sugar syrup made from rice, 50cc of meat stock, 50g of crushed fruits, 30cc of milk with sugar added, 150cc of infusion of herbal medicines, 20cc of soysauce composition and 5cc of red wine; heating the mixture at 100 deg.C for 5 minutes then cooling it; and optionally adding 30g of chopped garlics.
