PURPOSE: An anti-vibrational coupling apparatus for railroad rail is provided to improve the anti-vibration property, convenience of constructing the rail and to easily replace parts or components having defects and, thereby to save maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: The coupling apparatus comprises a base plate(8) having bored holes at right/left sides; an anti-vibrational pad(1) having holes at corresponding positions; a rail coupling plate(2) having an anchor tube projected upward with a hole inserted by top packing material, and a bolt hole for fixing a spring clip; a support anchor to be fitted into the base plate(8), the anti-vibrational pad(1) and the top packing material; and a nut(5) engaged into a threaded screw on top end of the support anchor. The apparatus can be linearly controlled by adjusting position of anchor hole of the anti-vibrational pad and the top packing(7).
