Compositions containing sustained−release fine grains characterized by comprising the sustained−release fine grains applicable to tablets quickly disintegrable in the oral cavity, one or more fillers selected from the group consisting of sugars and sugar alcohols and one or more binders for tablets quickly disintegrable in the oral cavity selected from the group consisting of sugars and water−soluble polymers having excellent molding properties and being obtained by granulating the sustained−release fine grains with the use of the filler(s) and the binder(s); tablets quickly disintegrable in the oral cavity with the use of the above compositions; and a process for producing the same.
