An exhaust gas heat exchanger, comprising first wings (111c) projected in a first direction orthogonal to the circulating direction of EGR gas and second wings (111c) projected in a direction orthogonal to the circulating direction of the EGR gas and different from the first direction provided on the inside of an inner fin (111), wherein, since the EGR gas flows macroscopically in an exhaust gas passage (110a) while meandering in the direction (D1) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (D<sb>0</sb>) of the exhaust gas passage after colliding with the wings (111c), such an event that the EGR gas circulates only in the portions of the exhaust gas passage where the wings (111c) is not provided and a circulation resistance is small is difficult to occur, whereby, since the EGR gas is allowed to collide generally uniformly with the wings (111c) when the exhaust gas passage (110a) is observed as a whole, the coefficient of heat transfer can be increased and PM can be prevented from being deposited. |
