摘要 PURPOSE: A processing method of seasoned laver is provided, which adds powdered kimchi seasoning to laver, gives rich tastes and nutrition from the seasoned laver. CONSTITUTION: A seasoned layer is produced by heating freeze-dried laver for 12sec at a toaster maintaining a temperature of 270-350°C, applying cooking oil made by mixing 90wt% of corn oil and 10wt% of sesame oil to the laver, seasoning the laver with powdered mixture of 3wt% of ginger, 4wt% of garlic, 8wt% of green onion, 10wt% of leaf mustard, 35wt% of radish shreds, 10wt% of salted shrimp, 10wt% of powdered red pepper and 20wt% of salt, passing the seasoned laver through a far infrared rays sterilizer, and heating up the laver for 12sec at the toaster maintaining the temperature of 270-350°C.
