COILING REMOVAL APPARATUS OF CUT NON-ROLLED PART OF STRIP

PURPOSE: A coiling removal apparatus of the cut non-rolled part of a strip is provided to continuously remove in a coil shape the non-rolled part of top and end of the coil that is remained on a cold rolled coil in a bright annealing line of a stainless steel cold rolling plant. CONSTITUTION: The coiling removal apparatus of the cut non-rolled part of a strip comprises first deflector roll(10) which is rotationally fixed to the lower side of a pass line(1) at the rear side adjacent to a cutter(2); a fixed plate(20) which is fixed onto both sides of the pass line(1) in such a way that the fixed plate(20) encircles the pass line(1) with being adjacent to the first deflector roll(10); a pressing roll(24) which is rotationally installed at both sides of the fixed plate(20) and fixed thereto so that the pressing roll(24) is vertically moved by ascending and descending cylinders(28); second deflector roll(12) which is rotationally fixed to both sides of the lower part of the fixed plate(20); a guide table(50) which is fixed and sliding foldably installed at the lower surface of the fixed plate(20); and a grip roll(62) which is installed adjacently to the lower part of the guide table(50) and expanded or contracted to clamp the non-rolled part guided along the guide table(50).
