SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ISSUING CIVIL AFFAIR CERTIFICATE USING INTERNET

PURPOSE: A system and a method for issuing a civil affair certificate using the Internet are provided to issue a certificate after automatically processing all processes for issuing the certificate in the real-time through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A user(100) completing a membership registration procedure logs in to an Internet certificate issuing service center(110) and selects an organization to receive the certificate. The center(110) displays the available certificate sorts to a user terminal after confirming the personal information of the user(100) from an issuing organization server(130). The user(110) selects the sort and number of the certificates and pays a fee to a billing center(120) such as a billing server of a credit card company and a mobile communication company. If the user(100) sends an issuance message by selecting a certificate issuing method, the requested certificate is issued by the issuing organization server(130) and transferred to the center(110) through a firewall server(140). The log information for all processes is stored in the center(110).
