The rotary filler includes a fluid container (6) with a central feed pipe (7) entering the container from the bottom. The intermediate space (11) between the feed section (8) of the feed pipe and the fluid container wall (10) is constructed seal free, and is in communication both with the inside of the fluid container and also with the outlet (12). The outlet may be provided between the feed section and the lower end of the fluid container wall. The outlet may be stationary with the feed section or may rotate with the fluid container wall.
