PURPOSE: A bottling apparatus for performing successive procedures consisting of supply of a loading box for sawdust, insertion of sawdust into a bottle, applying a cap to the filled bottle, transfer and discharge of the loading box by supplying several thousands of loading boxes on a turn table which is rotated every 90 degrees periodically is provided to permit more quick and exact bottling operations and to minimize the loss of sawdust. CONSTITUTION: A feed conveyor(20), a rotation guide(12) and a discharge conveyor(40) are orthogonally constructed. A detecting sensor for detecting ingress of a loading box is mounted at the front end of the feed conveyor. A turn table(30) is installed on the rotation guide and a magazine(31) and loading palette(32) are constructed on the turn table. A capping unit(60) containing a plurality of capping rods(61) is installed on one side of the turn table to be descended and ascended by a capping cylinder(62) mounted on a support frame(11a). A sawdust input unit(70) is constructed at the upper part of the turn table and a hopper(80) is constructed at the upper part of the sawdust input means and fixed to the support frame. |
