Tool halves are mounted between tool clamping platens one of which is fixed. Two components are molded in separate tools then transferred to a common tool cavity for injection of a third plastic component onto the first two. The tool which forms the common cavity offset in the direction of the tool parting plane direction relative to the separate tools producing the first and second components.
