PURPOSE: A wired and wireless remote controller assembly is provided to select a wired control signal or a wireless control signal and to output the selected signal, so as to operate electrical appliances using the wired control signal and electrical appliances using the wireless control signal. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller unit(60) has main operation buttons(61) and a signal generator outputting a control signal upon operation of the main operation buttons(61). A wired transceiving unit is connected with a signal transmission line linked to a portable equipment and is removable from the remote controller unit(60). Also, the wired transceiving unit outputs the control signal to the portable equipment through the signal transmission line while being coupled to the remote controller unit(60). A wireless transmission unit(70) removable from the remote controller unit(60) converts the control signal outputted from the signal generator into a wireless signal to output the converted signal. And the remote controller unit(60) is coupled to the wired transceiving unit or the wireless transmission unit(70), to output a wired signal or a wireless signal by the control signal.
