PURPOSE: A seven-pin hermetic terminal for compressor is provided to prevent interference of a lead wire without increasing size and to easily install an outside device. CONSTITUTION: A hermetic terminal includes a terminal housing installed to one side of a shell and having a cluster joined to an inside thereof and an outer device joined to an outside thereof; pin holes(64a,64b,64c,64d,64e,64f,64g) one of which is formed on a center of the terminal housing and six of which are formed to be parallel to each other at fixed distance from the center of the terminal housing; and pins(66) placed to penetrate the pin holes, respectively.
