METHOD FOR FABRICATING POLYESTER MICRO FIBER OF HIGH FLAME RETARDANCE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating polyester micro fibers of high flame retardance is provided to yield polyester micro fibers with high flame retardance, the high dyeing properties, and the uniformity in the quality and the appearance. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polyester micro fibers of high flame retardance includes the steps of preparing a polyester polymer of flame retardance by adding a flame retardant of phosphorous chemicals in the process of polymerization, and carrying out melting-spinning while keeping a length of a delay cooling part to be less than 15mm and a distance between a cooling air diffusion surface and filaments to be 2-30mm.
