The invention relates to a slot antenna which can be easily syntonised and which has an extremely high mechanical resistance. Said antenna is used for the igniter of artillery ammunition. To this end, the slot antenna has a sandwich-type construction in which an axially separated resonator ring chamber, which is axially included between an upper dimensionally stable, profiled, metallic covering disk and a lower dimensionally stable, profiled, metallic covering disk, is provided with a dielectric ring disk. Said ring disk radially extends opposite the cylindrical reflection wall, with a circumferential collar, through an axial slot between the two hollow, cylindrical outer walls of the ring chamber, to the outer surface of the likewise circumferentially slit igniter jacket. On one of the two covering disks, the inner edge of the antenna slot in the ring chamber is defined by a collar which can be inserted into the front side of the outer wall, on which connection points which are mutually staggered in the circumferential direction are brought into contact with a circuit-carrying disk by means of the dielectric ring disk and the axially opposite covering disk. The connection points are combined in a mono-phase manner on an antenna line, on the circuit-carrying disk, by means of an adaptation network, the second phase of said antenna line being connected to the adjacent covering disk.
