PURPOSE: A system for preventing an illegal connection and a use of a very high speed Internet network using an IC chip built-in card is provided to protect a right and interest of a very high speed Internet network service supply company by blocking an illegal connection to a very high speed Internet network. CONSTITUTION: In a very high speed Internet illegal connection and usage preventing system using an IC chip built-in card(11) including a memory unit such as a RAM, a ROM, an EPROM, an EEPROM, etc. for storing data, a CPU, and an input/output interface of the data and an IC chip built-in card read/writer which performs an electromagnetic connection to other system for reading data, a very high speed Internet network connection key is stored in the memory unit as a non-readable code. The very high speed Internet network connection key is endowed to a very high speed Internet host system(20). When a client computer(10) requests an Internet connection to the very high speed Internet host system(20), a random coded by the very high speed Internet network connection key is transmitted/received among the very high speed Internet host system(20), the client computer(10), and the IC chip built-in card(11), and an authentication procedure is performed. Thus, the Internet network is connected by the corresponding IC chip built-in card(11) without exposing a key.
