PURPOSE: A method and device of indicating a U-turn of a vehicle is provided to prevent accidents by indicating intention of making a U-turn to adjacent vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A method of indicating a U-turn comprises steps of deciding whether a user of a vehicle wants to indicate intention of making a U-turn(S10) and indicating the intention of making a U-turn to the circumference of the vehicle(S12). If the user wants to indicate the intention of making a U-turn, the intention of making a U-turn is indicated as an acoustic pattern and is indicated as a visual pattern.
