PURPOSE: A system and method for withdrawing a vessel using an automatic forecast system is provided to reduce a duplicate labor of a delivery man by receiving information of a delivery place and a delivery necessary time of each delivery matter, recording a time for being adapted to a withdrawal time of a vessel of a delivery matter. CONSTITUTION: A user interface(13) is provided for inputting delivery requesting information of a user(11) and a delivery man(12) for using an automatic forecast system(21). A storing device(14) stores food delivery requesting information of the user(11) and the delivery man(12) inputted through a computer of a user interface environment. A database server(15) records a time adapted to a vessel withdrawal time inputted for increasing a delivery business efficiency of the user(11) and withdrawing a vessel of a delivery matter. The automatic forecast system(21) informs a vessel withdrawal to the delivery man(12) by automatically forecasting a time inputted by the user(11). The automatic forecast system(21) includes an SMS server(23) for informing a food vessel withdrawal instruction to the delivery man(12).
