PURPOSE: A rail scraper assembly is provided to improve accuracy of transporting equipment and reduce noise of the transporting equipment by surely removing foreign substances from the top of rails. CONSTITUTION: A rail scraper assembly comprises a plate(30) installed on a side of a trolley; a first scraper(40) installed on a side of the plate to remove foreign substance on a rail; a second scraper(50) installed on the other side of the plate to remove residual foreign substances not removed by the first scraper; and an oil seal(60) installed on another side of the plate. The oil seal spreads oil on the rail, with contacting with the rail. The first scraper and the second scraper are coupled with the front surface of the plate, in order. The oil seal is installed on the rear side of the plate.
