<p>A reclining child's safety seat has a seat member (3, 36) (3) and a base member (1). The seat member (3) is pivotally mounted to the base member (1) on a transverse axis (5). A link arm (7) extending between the seat member and the base member, is spaced apart from the transverse axis (5). Alteration of the angle of the link arm (7) with respect to the base member (1) by the action of an extendable arm (13, 78, 92) (13), on a formation (15) on the base member (1), varies the amount of recline of the child safety seat. <IMAGE></p> |
