PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an interior material of a vehicle having a sound absorption and sound exclusion function is provided to improve the ability of the sound absorption and sound exclusion by integrating felt with a synthetic resin plate and manufacturing the interior material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an interior material of a vehicle having a sound absorption and sound exclusion function comprises the steps of: mixing low melting fiber with general synthetic fiber; performing a punching and forming process; manufacturing polyethylene fiber felt(10); integrating the felt with a synthetic resins plate(20); and drying/cooling the felt.
