PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of ceramic ware with vivid and detailed design by screen printing with a waterproof paint, glazing and sintering. Also the method shortens the process and gives no harmful materials to human. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing ceramic ware is as follows: (100) forming into the desired shapes and drying in the shade; (110) screen printing patterns on the compacts with a waterproof paint to prevent absorption of glaze into the patterns; (120) glazing; (130) sintering at 1250deg.C for 5-6hrs. The waterproof paint is composed of pigment, charcoal, clay glaze, and waterproof glaze comprising feldspar, silica, charcoal and pigment.
