METHOD FOR IMPROVING TURNTABLE VIBRATION VARIATION OF SPINDLE MOTOR ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A method for improving a turntable vibration variation of a spindle motor assembly is provided to prevent a turntable from generating vibration variation when the turntable rotates and improve performance of the turntable. CONSTITUTION: An axis-rotation type spindle motor assembly rotates a rotor case(10) and a rotation axis(12) thereof to rotate a turntable. The top surface of the rotor case and the outer circumference of the rotation axis are formed thicker than their designed sizes by 0.1 to 0.2 approximately and combined with each other. Then, the top surface of the rotor case and the outer circumference of the rotation axis are processed while the top surface of the rotor case is fixed by a separate chuck, to allow the two component to make a right angle with each other.
