PURPOSE: A grease coating system is provided to apply grease in a proper amount and uniformly, thereby improving the clearness of articles. CONSTITUTION: The grease coating system includes a grease inlet(31) and a grease outlet(32) to apply grease to a desired articles; an applicator(30) with air passages(33) which are connected to the grease outlet(32) to supply and inject air uniformly; a first solenoid valve(40) which is connected to the applicator(30) and controls the grease supply uniformly; a grease pumping pump(50) which is connected to the inlet(31) of the applicator(30) between the first solenoid valve(40) and the applicator(30) to supply grease; and a speed control valve(60) which is connected to the air passages to supply air to the air passages(33) of the applicator(30) in a constant speed. |
