PURPOSE: An exhaust gas purifying system is provided to prevent smoke, misfire and loss from shortage or excess of oxygen, and to operate a DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) stably by properly supplying oxygen to the filter according to temperature. CONSTITUTION: Loss of a DPF is prevented, and operated securely by collecting particles in the DPF and burning properly. The collection amount of particulates in the DPF is estimated(S6), and the map is selected according to shortage or excess of the collection amount of particulates(S8). The target amount of oxygen is calculated according to temperature of the DPF based on the selected map(S10,S12). The oxygen amount among exhaust gas is fed back to the target oxygen amount(S20). Smoke, misfire or loss of the filter is prevented by burning particulates properly regardless of the collection amount. |
