PURPOSE: Provided is a method for electrochemically detecting nucleic acid hybridization on a DNA chip or a biochip, thereby simply detecting nucleic acid hybridization with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The detection method of nucleic acid hybridization comprises the steps of: preparing an oligo plate by fixing a capture probe to an electrode; preparing a hybridized nucleic acid by the reaction of the capture probe with a target probe; the reaction of a nucleic acid binding material with the hybridized nuclei acid or the capture probe; and determining the hybridization by electrochemically measuring an electric current of the electrode in an electrolyte.
