PURPOSE: A rolling pump for electronic sphygmomanometer with high pumping efficiency is provided to increase efficiency, to assemble conveniently and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An upper base(2) is joined to a motor(1). An eccentric rotary axis(3) is joined to a rotary axis of the motor. A sinker joining part(4) is connected to the eccentric rotary axis. An upper pump packing(5) and a lower pump packing(5-1) are joined to the sinker joining part to rock up and down. A suction packing(6) is joined to a cover(7) to open and close an inlet by pumping of the pump packing. The pump packing joined to the sinker joining part pumps by vertical movement of the sinker joining part.
