PURPOSE: A system for managing a hospital business is provided to enable a doctor or a patient to read a medical examination record and a prescription record easily through the Internet by receiving a credit card being used generally, performing a receipt of a patient and a payment, and collectively storing and managing the medical examination record and the prescription record of an inputted patient. CONSTITUTION: A receipt unit receives personal information of a patient. A receipt number display unit(101) displays a receipt state of the receipt unit. A medical examination unit executes a predetermined medical examination procedure with respect to the patient and inputs a medical examination result. A medical examination number display unit(121) displays a medical examination state to the waiting patient. A treatment unit performs a proper treatment with respect to the medical examination result and inputs a treatment record. A treatment order display unit(131) displays a treatment order. A payment unit calculates a medical examination fee and performs a payment. A payment order display unit(111) displays an order of payments. A server(200) receives data with respect to the receipt, the medical examination, the treatment, and the payment, stores and controls the data. A patient database(210) is connected to the server(200) and stores information of the patient. A medical examination information database(220) stores a medical examination state and data. A medical prescription database(230) stores a prescription record of the patient after a medical examination. A medical insurance public corporation(300) is connected to the server(200) and receives medical insurance bill payment details and a medical insurance bill charge. A credit card company(310) performs a user authentication and a transaction approval with respect to a credit card suggested by the patient. A financial institution calculates and pays a medical examination fee being received from the credit card company(310) or the medical insurance public corporation(300).
