Trusted platform evaluation

A trusted environment agent (22) helps a user (10) with integrity checking of a trusted computing platform (14, 18). The user (10) does not need to know complicated techniques and does not need to be up to date on all the latest applications, because the trusted environment agent (22) performs the checking of a target platform (14, 18) by interrogation of a trusted device (16, 20) on the target platform (14, 18).
