PURPOSE: A multilayered electromagnetic wave absorbent comprising a conductive polymer layer such as specific polypyrrole, polyaniline and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy)thiophene that are soluble to water or organic solvent as a multilayer is provided. CONSTITUTION: The multilayered electromagnetic wave absorbent comprises at least one layer selected from the group consisting of a polypyrrole layer in which a solvent containing dopant and comprising polypyrroles (shown as formula I to formula v) that has or does not have substituent at pyrrol ring is formed by a polypyrrole solution that is water or organic solvent; a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy)thiophene layer that is formed by a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy)thiophene aqueous solution or water suspension, or a mixed solution in which organic solvent or organic or inorganic acid is added to the poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy)thiophene aqueous solution or water suspension; and a polyaniline layer that is formed by a polyaniline salt solution comprising polyaniline, organic acid or dialkylsulfate, wherein the multilayered electromagnetic wave absorbent comprises the plural conductive polymer layers, or comprises one or more conductive polymer layers and a metal or inorganic matter layer.
