DEVICE FOR REMOVING PRODUCT LOSS OF COMPLETED RUBBER PRODUCT IN RUBBER PRODUCT FORMING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A removing device of a product loss in a completed rubber product is provided to remove the product loss in the rubber product before an injecting step of the rubber product. CONSTITUTION: A support is put on the floor to be located between an injecting device and a pressing device. A supporting plate(102) is fixed on the support by plural fixing bolts(103). A moving plate(104) is supported on the support by plural springs(105) to be moved downward when contacting to a carrying die(19) and to be moved upward when releasing the contact. Plural loading grooves(106) are formed on the moving plate to be simultaneously inserted with the lower part of a completed rubber product when the moving die is contacted to the moving plate. Lower cutting pieces(107) are formed in the outer circumference of each loading plate. Plural through holes(108) of the loading grooves are formed in each loading groove to be penetrated downward. Plural pushing pins(109) are fixed in the support by inserting in the through holes to push the rubber product upward when the moving plate is moved downward. Inserting slots(110) are formed to completely insert the outer circumference of the rubber product when the rubber product is pushed upward. Upper cutting pieces(111) are formed in the inserting slot to cut the outer product loss of the rubber product. A pillar(112) is fixed in a lower plate(183) of a vertical moving member to completely insert the inner circumference of the rubber product when the outer circumference of the rubber product is inserted in the inserting slot. Thereby, the product loss is removed before an injecting step cleanly.
