PURPOSE: A drum brake of a vehicle is provided to prevent excessive consumption of brake oil and improve damping force by exhausting air remained in a first wheel cylinder connected to a brake booster to the outside of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A drum brake of a vehicle is equipped with a first wheel cylinder(50) and a second wheel cylinder(60). In the first wheel cylinder, hydraulic pressure produced from a master cylinder flows in through a brake booster and an inlet pipe(52a). The second wheel cylinder is operated by receiving hydraulic pressure through an outlet pipe(52b) connected to the first wheel cylinder. The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are connected with a first chamber(53a) and a second chamber(53b), formed in a cylinder(53). The inlet pipe is connected with the first chamber formed over the cylinder. The outlet pipe is connected with the second chamber formed under the cylinder. Accordingly, the residual air of the first chamber and the second chamber is easily exhausted outside the cylinder.
